5 Day submission question

My coins are marked by PCGS as having arrived on the 22nd of Jan. Ok, if I'm counting right... 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th. Today was the 5th business day and my coin grades havent posted. Does that mean I get a coupon for a free submission?

they no longer give free coupons nor guarantee turnaround times, if i'm not mistaken

"Effective January 8, 2007, PCGS no longer offers compensation for missed turnaround times."

Nice, so I guess $50 a coin means 6-10 days now.... or at least it does for me.
