How rare is 1993 Silver Eagle PCGS MS69?

I did a study on NGC and PCGS MS69 graded ASE on the ebay and found that the most difficult PCGS MS69 ASE to be found on ebay is 1993. There are a lot of NGC MS69 around but not too many PCGS MS69. Does anybody know why and do you won a 1993 PCGS MS69 silver eagle and how much you paid for it (if you do not mind sharing it) and how long ago? Also, in your opinion, what is the most difficult year to find a PCGS MS69 silver eagle? Thanks.
