    Looks water damaged so I wouldnt think it is. If you want it graded it will at best grade a 3.
    Wait for a better one

    If its 1970 comic cards, they are very nice.

    I have lots of the cards, but I have no idea what the pack looks like.

    Its a 1968. You can buy a MINT box for around 175-275.00
    That one looks water damaged and I wouldnt pay more that 3.50 for it
