1849 cent off center strike? I need help!!

Obviously, it's not problem free as I think I cleaned it in my early years, and there's a big scratch to the right of the head and a few rim bumps... but it looks like the strike is about 5% off center. Would this thing carry any premium at all?

    I think that this one just looks off center because of the damage. IMHO, the coin has no premium over what a damaged 1849 would sell for.
    PNG member, numismatic dealer since 1965. Operates a retail store, also has exhibited at over 1000 shows.
    I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.
