Can someone tell me what pop 1 means?

It is a reference to the pop reports. It means only one coin has been graded that grade. Pop 1/0 is even better meaning that none are graded higher. A PO1 coin might be pop 1/3456 which means it is the worst coin ever graded. An MS65 AGE might be pop 1 and that wouldn't be a good thing.

Only one coin graded at a grade. Usually associated with TOP POP as only one in the top grade for that coin and mint mark.
