I have a few "unpublished" sets: How do I get them published by "commiting" them

I have - for some unknown reason - a few sets that are unpublished on the Registry. Although I have no trouble in adding a coin to these sets once in awhile, I can't seem to register the sets showing the new additions.
I have other sets where I have sucessfully added coins to and the "Commit" green bar appears. All I have to do then is to click onto it - as you all know - and the coin is added automatically to that particular set.
Does anyone else have a problem getting their set(s) registered ?
This whole new process with V2 is trickier than the old method, although it does have its advantages. [ at times]
Can anyone direct me to the right course of action ? What do I need to do ???

I have a set that I am working on that I am holding at that level until it is complete. As long as you do not commit the coins to it it does not publish as a set in the registry.
<< <i>All you should have to do is to commit under the set changes menue. >>
Where is that menu ? I can only see prompts for deleting inventory or delete sets or delete coins...
nothing located on My Registry or My Sets allows me to activate a set. Odd.

My Sets ( The list of all your sets)
View Changes (The set you want to publish)
After clicking on each of the above you should be at the Committ button, Set should publish when clicked.
Step by step.
Once I clicked View Changes - I should have been brought to the Commit or Roll Back bar...BUT
I'm not.

Sorry it did not work out.
Duh !
When I hit the edit button on the set...there's this little check box that states:
PUBLISHED []
All I had to do was check that box !!!
