Help Grade this Half Dime

Good Evening All.....Assuming the reverse is in the same condition what would you grade this one?

I've posted a picture of this coin in the past...

It has an "E" clash on the obverse to the right of Lady Liberty...Although, probably not noticable in my picture.

Also, please note that my photographing skills are a little shaky

I will go against the grain, and say that this is probably an AU-58 coin that PCGS would slab. I don't see convincing evidence of a cleaning from this photo; maybe a past dipping, but most high grade Seated type coins have been dipped at least once, including those housed in slabs.
