Help with ORIOLES Uniform PATCH

Can someone give me some info on this. It looks like a uniform patch sewn on the shoulder. What era is this from? Is that what it is? Thanks.

    I didn't find one exactly. I found one close. It was 1966-91. The difference is it has Baltimore at top and Orioles at bottom. Mine has just Orioles at top.

    The key to look for is which bird they are using.

    Are you sure it is a uniform patch? As a kid in the 1970s I recall that patches with team logos were for sale at the Oakland A's souvenir stands. I collected uniforms for a time back in the 1970s and 1980s and this patch doesn't look familiar in that context.

    Actually, no, I am not sure. It just looks like one. I just know that it is a round patch. Not sure what it is for. My reason is that I want to list it on Ebay, but don't know how to list it.

    I am from Baltimore and have been an oriole fan for 40 years. I've been looking since you opened this post. I have not been able to get an exact match. I really don't think that its an Oriole uniform patch. I do believe that it's from the early 70's , based on the colors and design. Good luck.

    the patch is definititely one of the kind that used to be sewn on kids coats. Its not a legit game used Orioles uniform patch. Not at all. The timeframe is late 70's which matches the website info. You might get a buck on ebay for it.
