2006 ASE Anniversary set. offer made, HELP

So I decided to list my 5 unopened ASE sets on Ebayt and I got an offer. The only issue I can forsee is the buyer has a feedback of 5. It is lower than the ask price, but still over $300 per set.

What would you do??

At that number sell it.

Just make sure you ship to a confirmed address and have good funds up front. Make sure you ship registered US Mail.

You had a feedback of 5 at one time as well.

You still have 22 hours to go. Maybe a bigger sucker will take it for your asking price.

As long as they pay who cares what their feedback is. I will say that whenever I sell an auction for over $1000 and the buyer has a feedback of less than 10 I probably get paid only half of the time. Over $3000....almost never.

It just sold for the asking price, and if the buyer is a board member, thanks for the purchase.

mint shipped those sealed in clear tape, who opened it and then put paper tape on it?

Not all the packages came with clear tape.

I have several with paper tape....clearly postmarked in Memphis TN and shipped to friends who know nothing about coins.

They are real!

Mine came with paper tape. Registered mail requires paper tape.

Ok so I wouldnt need to worry about buying one with paper tape. The way some seal up the 50's and 60's proof sets, it made me wonder.

If it was USPS Registered Mail of course the post marks should cross all the seams so it cannot (or would take som cover-up work) be opened with evidence.

I've not been following the prices very well.... I had no idea these were selling so well. Maybe it's time to do something with my unopened box of 10.....
