Pretty clean coin... will likely send in to NGC. PCGS doesn't grade in the government holder do they???

Nope they dont, they just denote "GSA HOARD" on the Holder. Better to send it off to NGC. these puppies are worth more money in their GSA holders!

Nope PCGS breaks them out of the holder. I like the NGC BLUE WRAP with grade and GSA HOARD.
The above coin in my opinion is a great find if you got a nice Black Box with COA. I am interested to
see if cheezhed's prediction of MS66 is correct, its a nice one but NGC is hard as nails on CC Morgans.
I think it will probably come back MS64 due to the bag marks/rubs on the OBV and REV. But it is a
strong coin and a great find.
