MS-67 Very little detail remains
MS-68 At least 3 letters of Liberty are visible
MS-69 Full Liberty can be seen, some detail remains in hair

What happens when the time comes that more coins are alterred, cleaned, artificially toned, dipped, and so forth than there are natural coins? I bet the hobby will change to accept it, and the last few remaining genuine articles will be messed with too

Why don't you folks report this guy to eBay? Blatant overgrading would seem to me might result in eBay nuking his auctions, at least it's worth a shot.
