Heritage football pack searching? I just bought a

heritage pack off of ebay that is guaranteed to have a black refractor in it. I am building that set so I bought it for 12.50 but how the hell do these "searchers" now what insert is inside? I just want the refractor but is it RESEALED or truly unopened and they just know it is in there?

    I have no idea how or if they can search packs without opening them now, but in the past you could weigh them and figure out which ones had inserts.

    when I get it next week I will let you know who is the black refractor inside. I can only hope Cutler, Bush or Young

    My guess would be that he figured out the collation pattern of the boxes. Say the first box of the case, bottom left stack, 4th pack down has the autograph, third box top right stack, 6th pack down has the refractor. I am just using those as examples, but that is how I believe those people can sell those packs knowing there is something inside.

    I have heard that if you bust enough product you can find a pattern. That person then takes the rest of the product that has nothing but the "common" packs left and sells them to unknowing folks.
    Looking for Carl Willey items.
