Question about submissions

I am new to getting coins graded and had a few questions before I join collectors club.
I was going to join at platinum however I do not care about the free book and as long as I have pop report online I am fine. My question is this, when submitting economy non gold, does this mean any US coin regardless of year? It says minimum 5 and as example, could be 2 morgans maybe 3 modern? Thanks in advance for your help

And I do know about maximum value $300.00 under economy, but what if coins ends up being worth more then expected?

Yes.

Yes, but it would have to go economy which is $4 more per coin than modern.

As long as you don't make a habit of it, it's fine. I've had a few pleasant upside surprises.

Some coins like the current craze of reverse proof silver eagles have their value determined more or less AFTER they have been graded and slabbed by the TPG's since you really never know how these things will grade out; so its best to assume that they are worth the $33 you paid for them from the Mint. PCGS will usually have a pretty good idea if you are trying to slip stuff past them.
