Since you're new, I won't take that as the smart aleck threadcrap it seems to be.

People collect certified P01 and FR02 pieces of certain types. They are actually fairly tough to find legitimately worn, and because most coins graded that low are damaged in some way.

As to your dime, raw it is useless, but certified in a no problem TPG holder it may have some appeal to certain collectors.
