Tough VAM found . . .

Just got this coin from Teletrade. It is what I hoped for. Here are 2 pics: one shows the obverse cotton bolls and leaves, and a 2nd shows the mintmark position. According to my mentor (DennisH) this a major VAM find. Anyone know what it is?
