Please read the new NN letters section, like I did last night.
When reading I came upon his letter, I partially blew my drink threw my nose, I was so stunned! I laughed for minutes.
The honor goes to a great guy who bought up almost 14% (68 coins) of the mintage of the singles (500, not counting the $100's included in the Sets) of the 2006 W Unc $100 Coin.
He not only showed astute judgment and the cojones to make the purchase, he has SHOWN the considerable intelligence to not dump them all at once on to eBay! ;>
Brian is today, January 26, 2007, not ONLY a hero in the hearts of all 2006 W Unc Platinum $100 Coin Owners association or "WUPCO" (W=WestPoint, U=uncirculated, P=platinum, C=coin, O= owners),

I agree, who cares about copyright infringement.
How does one distinguish between the coins sold as singles and those sold in sets? I would think it would be pretty obvious given this thread.
quattrocoins, I wish I could....but since I am in the Intellectual Property Business and I OWN Intellectual Property, I'd be a hypocrite to do so, even with your 'kind' request.
If it were in HTML, then Coin World would allow copying.
However, Coin World goes to exceptional lengths with the On-line version to prevent un-authorized use by cheap-skates like you.
I would humbly suggest that you subscribe to Coin World to read it. It takes about 3 minutes to subscribe and see it on-line, right-away. (I do not own Coin World)
The only thing you need know is what Brian did and that no one else that we know of has come close to such a ballsy purchase.
