Not rare coins -- I bought some common Morgans from them back before I knew better. The coins were very nice, and very conservatively graded, and they are still happily in my collection.

Of course, I did, however, pay too much...

What an outfit ...

I have never bought a coin from Littleton, but a local dealer near me evidently bought a collection from somebody who bought lots and lots of coins from them. I bought one coin from that group, at face value -- a 70's clad Kennedy with some really interesting toning inside the sealed Littleton cello-wrap package. The package was neatly typed up, and described the coin as "brilliant uncirculated." I opened it up at home, and lo and behold, the coin had gotten the crap cleaned out of it. Who knows what they charged their original customer. I spent the coin in commerce.

I've brought 5ea 2004 ASE's for 7 bucks each at cost from them on approval. I got the coins and some over priced ASE's, sent them back and told them I wasn't interested anymore. They paid for the return shipping and never bothered me again except for an Email every once in awhile. Not a bad deal
