High grade 70's stars prices

Have I just not noticed it or has the prices for baseball star players from the 70's in Psa 8 and higher been rising?
Nolan Ryan and Pete Rose are two examples, While these two stars have always been popular, It seems that thier cards from the 70's in Psa 9 have been steadily climbing.

I've noticed this as well. I've been keeping an eye on 77-79 OPC prices since September and the prices are steadily climbing. But then I've also noticed this with high-grade commons as well.

Perhaps a pre-Christmas bump, though.

Thanks for the numbers hotmush, I have particularily been noticing on Early 70's topps issues as well as some tougher pulls from the late 70's.
There was a 72 Ryan that went very high not too long ago and a 74 Ryan on E-bay now that is over $330.
Other popular players have been on the rise as well.
