Lets get honest...

I touched on this a while back. Does anyone have in their collection of gai wax, cello or rack packs a pack that they think is not right such as resealed? What did you do? Did anyone pass it on to someone else via auction because it was graded already or did you send it back to gai? Did you open it? The reason is that recently I saw at a mall show a few graded packs from 1972 baseball that just didnt look right. The man there kept telling me because it was graded,it was all good and real. I knew better.....any thoughts?

If you do not trust the grader, do not buy the slabbed product.

I generally trust the top-tier graders ABOVE my own suspicions.

Send any packs you are not comfortable with to Ryan, he is the guy to contact.

If he finds them to be bad he will get you a refund from GAI

    Good for you.
  • I was unaware GAI would fix it.

I bought a old Bowman 2 card fb pack a while back. 1955 I think. It was GAI 7 but when I got it it had almost the whole side of the pack deteriorated. Cards almost coming out. Also had a discoloration on the "opened" area. Ugly to display and I would not re-sell it I opened it.
