what is this designation for Walker halves?

I noticed a slabbed 1943 Walker with the 'BREEN 5197' designation. what this mean? thanks!

    I think that's the "alleged" 1943/2 overdate. That's what Breen calls it but no one else seems to think it's a true overdate.

    But I'm going from memory so stand by in case someone needs to correct me! image

    thanks much! I noticed it on an ANACS older slab. Any idea if PCGS/NGC/ANACS still use this designation?
