FSH: 1900-S Barber quarter, NGC VF35 (*SOLD*)

Sorry for the lack of photos.
Just got this coin in a swap lot from Brian M. (numobri). Really, it's a bit tacky of me to be putting it out here so soon, particularly as I haven't paid Brian for the lot yet (though the money order will be on its way to him today or tomorrow, via snailmail, and Brian seems an easygoing fella).
The coin has overall, even toning which is rather hard to describe but I will call it a medium-dark tan color with tiny hints of gold where there is luster, and some grey at the peripheries. The toning is just a tiny bit dark for my taste on the obverse, only because the portrait is the same color as the fields and the toning subdues the coin's details just a tiny bit. On the reverse, the eagle is just a shade lighter than the fields so the design stands out nicely.
This toning is not mottled or ugly- if you prefer toned coins you might actually like it. It's indisputably a very "original" looking coin. I just like mine a little lighter or with a bit more contrast between the devices and the fields, that's all. For me, the coin is not ugly- it just has neutral eye appeal. For the lover of "original" looking coins, it might have positive eye appeal.
Numismedia says $52 in VF and $74 in XF on this date.
How about $65 delivered, with a full return policy (including your return shipping) if you don't like it?
