Mint order oddity

I got my Jamestown $5 proofs today, which is good. However, when I looked at my order status, which included an order for the $1 proof and MS, and the $5 proof and MS, it showed the $5 proofs as shipped, which is right-except the order for the MS $5 coins has just disappeared. I do have a printout of the original order showing I ordered the MS$5 coins, so I suppose I will get them restored if necessary, with the usual hassle and maybe at the back of the line. Has anyone else ever had part of an order just disappear?

Yep, happened to me last month, and they reappeared. I received all my items, so I wouldn't worry about it. Call CS if it makes you feel better.

Me too. I've had stuff go away to only reappear. I am pretty sure the order website is simply a porthole for the orders and the order info is on some mainframe smoewere else.

Thanks for the info. I shall and wait and see if there is a spontaneous reappearance. Now if I could just get the mint site to work like it is supposed to with Firefox (doesn't bring up the log in properly-just a blank screen-also just sometimes) life would be just ducky again.

I had the same happen.

Also, when your order ships as 2 or more shipments, don't expect 2 or more tracking numbers on the web site.
