What shipping method does PCGS use when shipping your coins back?
I just got a shipping notice this evening saying that my first PCGS order ever is on its way back to me. I'm guessing they use Registered Priority Mail, but not entirely sure. Can anyone lend some insight?

Registered service is exactly what it's title means. Priority is a level of delivery service. Not the same. One can use registered service without Priority delivery(less than 13 ounces), and conversely, one can use Priority service(13 ounces-70 pounds) without Registry.

Depends on A)where you are relative to Newport Beach California; B)How much volume is in the registered mail stream on the circuit which your package must take during its movement; C) how many postal employees that handle your package actually go by the book on union rules for work tempo, a.k.a. speed of service. Put simply, figure at least 7 business days, or 10 business days, or 14 business days, or....

3 to 5 days max.
They use Registered mail along with ultra-secure packaging.
Some of the most professionally packaged coins you will ever see.
