most players, when they are playing, get their uniforms dirty, do you know if any product offers memorabilia cards that have pieces of jersey that actually show signs of game use

You wont see dirt because game used cards are all a fraud. They are store bought jerseys.

Never seen a specific line od "dirty" GU but I have seen ones with grass stains and there is one on ebay that has some dirt on it.

I have one game used card (04 Bowman Heritage, Jason Giambi) that has dirt on it, out of about 50.

In 2001 I pulled a Roberto Alomar GU Jersey that was pretty dirty. Thats the only one though.

Here's the only GU card I've ever owned that was "dirty"

And this is just the cap with dirt, sweat, etc.

But note the jerseys are pristine

Maybe they wash them before putting them in the cards?
