Does ESPN have to have every sports leak???

Poor dude from SI.com reported Mike Tomlin will coach the Steelers earlier in the day and Clayton and Mortensen deny it. Now...Mortensen is saying it's true. ESPN is getting WAY too big for it's britches...

    Does CNN Headline News refute breaking news from CNN, only to later state that the release was, in fact, true? Didn't think so. I think you missed my point.

    No, ESPN is Disney and SI is TimeWarnerAOLEtc
    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    I think that today's media are no longer checking facts like in the old days. Now if a janitor says that the next coach will be Chuck Norris then the media will report it without trying to confirm it. It is all about selling, or ratings now-a-days.
