Need help on date for ASE cutoff on F/S

Was the cutoff date for ASE for first strike 11/11/06, I picked up a box with 10/12/06 is that one good for all or only proof and Rev proof not the mint state coin Thanks in advance

The cutoff for the unc. was oct-24
The cutoff for the other two was nov-11
