Should I mail the package???
Recently, I sold an item on EBAY via auction. The winning bidder is from China. (I know...red flag!) He directed me to ship the item via Global Priority Mail at his risk, and paid me via PAYPAL (unverified, no seller protection). The amount is rather small ($46). When I received notification of the paypal payment, it came from the buyer, rather than paypal. When I forwarded the payment notification message to paypal, they verified that the message did not come from them; however, the $46 has shown up in my paypal account, so I transferred the money, along with other funds out of paypal to my checking account. The buyer now shows as NARU'D on EBAY. I have the package all ready to ship.
What do I do???
