PSA Registry Update

Hi Everyone,

As many of you know, we experienced some problems yesterday with our database. We have an incredible IT team at Collectors Universe who worked really hard yesterday to get the problems resolved. At this point, we believe everything is AOK. However, should you experience any problems whatsoever, please email setregistry@collectors.com and Cosetta or Gayle will take care of you. As a note, even it appears that you have lost data, no worries. Everything is backed up and we can restore anything that is missing.

Thanks for your patience and support.

My sets are still screwy...Images are all mixed up, cant add any cards to multiple sets I have to do the card each set by itself...Also Collectos Showcase sets show as empty when I try and edit them.

Hopefully it all gets worked out on Monday..

Still having problems here too. When I go to add cards to some sets it show that I have no cards in that set. Also, images are not showing up and I can not delete any images.

My sets have been wiped clean. So everything isnt AOK.
  • I sent you email. I still can not log into registry
  • Still messed up for me; my 62-Topps-BB set is ranked near the bottom tied with people with one (1) card yet my set is over 75% complete. when I go into the set all the cards are there BUT if I enter via the 'edit your set' option the set is empty. A bit frustrating but I am sure they are working on it.

    VMFA,

I also made some changes durring the upgrade and my set droped down to 43, after they said everything was fixed it still stayed there. I deleted one of the cards I added and it went down to last place, but when I added the card back in everything was fine again.

    Good luck,
    George

    mets,

Thanks for the tip. I had added a card to one of my sets, which showed I had no other cards in it. I validated, and even though you coudl see all my cards in the set, it dropped me all the way down. I validated again, and all the cards showed up. Had to upload all the images again though.

    Hey Everyone,

If you have not reported your problem to setregistry@collectors.com I suggest you do so now. The database is back to normal, however, if you are experiencing problems then it may be a matter of the cookies you are using or another issue. Cosetta and Gayle will be happy to help you, but we need to hear from you if you are having a problem. Rest assured, no data is missing.

The problems are being addressed in the order received, so please allow us a couple of days to get back to you. Thanks in advance for your patience.

    Thanks!

Anyone having problems with the registry again? Everything's been fine for me for the past few days, but I just went to add 4 cards in, and after the 3rd addition it kept sending me to the coins page. Hopefully it's just me...
