A Poll: Playing both sides of the street...

Today for awhile I couldn't connect to the pcgs website. So I went across the street and surfed the boards to satiate my habit. It's amazing how many posters here play across the street and they use the same usernames? Are you a loyal CU poster or do you wander across the street too?

I dont post across the street because they require a non hotmail email address. (I dont want to give out a work email address) i will cruise over there from time to time though.

I read all the boards but feel most at home here. Each board
has its strenghts and weaknesses. Most of the time my lowest
threshold for posting is here but there can be exceptions.

Now that "What's ATS" has received a few votes...for those not in the know it translates "across the street", which is another popular numismatic-related web board. Collector's Society

......................which is the NGC chat room.

I read Sleepy Hollow but post here. Some members whistle a whole different tune over there than they do here.

Their Darkside is slow - there's stuff dated Dec. 28th still on the first page.

The "Tangents" can be entertaining and The US Coins don't seem to be having the same ASE, AGE, APE frenzy that's happening here.

Since roughly 10% don't seem to know what this means...

ATS stands for Across The Street. What DieClash is referring to is NGC's Coin Forum.

I've been a member ATS since Feb 2003, but only started posting there recently. With all the stuff that happened late 2006 on these boards I started spending more on NGC. However, NGC's PM function is terrible and the board is painfully slow. Still, the knowledge base seems higher ATS than here and there are some great members that no longer post over here.
