funny one.... a customer at a show today said how happy he was since he ordered his 2006 unc direct from the mint....

I said the mint doesnt sell unc's but didnt press the point.....

can we go after the mint since this is clearly market confusion?

He ordered an uncirculated ASE with W mint mark.
Much more scare than the bullion one dealers sell
They go for almost twice what the mint sold them for right now and will probably out perform the regular 2007 ASE by a huge margin in the long run. I sold 20 of them for $35 a pop to APMEX two weeks ago.
Mintage of about 470k vs 9 million of the ordinary. Nice 'mistake' on his part.
