South Dakota error with pic

Anyone seen this. It looks like an "accent mark" between the Quarter and Dollar on the obv. It looks like a gouge, but it is a blob of metal kinda like the Minnesota "extra leaf". found 13 in a roll and have another roll with at least one on the end. Bad pic I know, but it is the best I have for now.
