Regular Regrade or Designation Review??
Have several new Buffalo gold coins graded at PR69 and PR70. Honestly can't tell them apart and would like to have the PR69's go through one more round of grading. Does it matter if I choose Regular over DR service level? Naturally I'd choose DR since it's cheaper. What exactly are the differences since both options require the holders to be broken.

You are questioning the grade, not any designation (such as 1st strike, full steps, etc), right?
You are probably thinking of PR (Presidential Review). Don't do it unless you are willing to lose 100% on it, from what people say. It doesn't sound like the coin changes grades but you do get back a little note stating why not. So, if you want a $20+ note (or however much it costs) from David Hall, for each coin, go for it.
Else, go for the regrade.....quicker too
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
You're right, I would rather have coins fully regraded by 2-3 people again instead of just one 1 person... even if he is the head honcho.
Another newbie question: Why do some people resubmit "crack outs" instead of just simply choosing a Regrade submission? (Hope I dont open a can of worms with this question)
As far as the crack out game verses resubmission, leave that to the experts. I crack out TPG other than PCGS. I do not crack PCGS, as they are 99.9% acurate.
You may upgrade a point or two if you submit older PCGS holders.
There are many people on the boards that can help. And do a search on the subject; "crack out" or "resubmit"
You will get lots of info.
