not worth 30 dollars each. Maybe combined, but likely they are worth less than $30 combined. Don't pay for the plastic. Plenty of higher graded examples can be had if you wish.

I'd like an example with luster, but for small coins, they sure are expensive on a tight budget. I would love to own one, but they go from $30 to $150 in a heartbeat.

If you're looking for a Seated Half Dime with some remaining luster you're most likely going to have to look at coins in higher condition than the VG/F of the coins you listed. Typically you'll start to see some good traces of luster in an accurately graded, high end XF coin. All AU should have luster, from some to huge amounts.

They do seem to be getting more expensive to obtain lately. Whether that is due to the entire market ramping up or the individual series moving I don't know. You should be able to find AU examples of the 1860, 1860-O, 1861, 1862, 1870, 1871, 1872, 1872-S, 1873 and 1873-S for under $100. If you're looking for the Stars Obverse design there are about two dozen dates that will be under $100 in XF.
