My opinion is the grade is a bit generous. Weaker strike as normal for this tough variety. It has some light scratches/scuffs as I think you can see some in left obverse field in the scan below. It does have some good looking dirt though. If any of this bothers you as far as the stated grade, or the other things, this coin would not be for you. If I felt it was indeed a 40, I would price it higher. As such I believe my grade/priceimage is fair SOLD plus $12.00 Registered Insured shipping. I'll leave this up for a short time. My opinion is this is a decent example if someone is looking for this tough small stars variety.
