four days after the close the buyer emails me that he can't come up with the funds. He has good feedback. user name 6373christopher. I'm blocking from future bidding, I don't need the headaches. passing along to those that don't want to take a chance with him.

Make sure to do that. I see in his feedback that he has backed out of one other auction, too. If that seller and you filed the NPB dispute, then he's only one more strike away from being NARU'd.
