Ultra-Rare TOP 100 VAM: 1878-S VAM-62 Long Nock Reverse

All of the long nock reverses are scarce. Of the 10 die pairings known with long nock reverse, the VAM-62 is first or second most difficult IMO. Anyone trying to put together a full set of the long nock reverses, will find this coin to be a major 'stopper' to their set. PCGS currently shows ZERO graded VAM-62's. The attribution is guaranteed. The VAM-62 can be identified by a small die chip at the juncture of the tailfeathers and olive branch on reverse. Also, the diagnostic die gouges in front of the eyes are present on the obverse. $300 delivered.
