Just got back my PCGS submission, the following coins are available, all are from the 2006 W Uncirculated 4 coin sets:
$50 1 ounce 4 in MS69 $655 each
$50 1 ounce 1 in MS70 $1650
$25 1/2 ounce 4 in MS69 $500
$25 1/2 ounce 1 in MS70 $800
$10 1/4 ounce 5 in MS69 $300
$5 1/10 ounce 4 in MS70 $350 each
$5 1/10 ounce 1 in MS69 $200
I can make 1 MS69 set for $1600 if someone wants a set, I can make 3/4s of an MS70 set, I will also do a trade to get the missing MS70
