PSA Delays...

Hey Everyone,

Just spoke with customer service about an order I sent in last week that still hadn't been logged into their system. I was told they're behind three days with getting submissions logged in, so we'll have to be patient.

    I submitted in late November and didn't get an acknowledgement until the middle of December.

    Sounds like they're catching up...LOL!

    Anyone get their order(s) back from PSA when submitted for the November or December specials?

    I have made 6 submissions so far. Most were logged within a week from the day that I sent registered mail.

    The longest I had to wait from log to grades posted was about 10 days. That was for a 116 card submission. All Topps football that spanned the 70s.

    count yourself as one lucky person. I have two orders that were logged in on 12/8 that are still in a holding pattern.

    I still have one November sub outstanding and nothing Back from December yet. Then again most of my subs have been averaging nearly 45 days

    CS mentioned they are still overwhelmed with "holiday" submissions. The problem order back log is high as well. I forgot to sign my order (recv 01/04) and now I've got about 30 corrected orders ahead of me to be entered.

    had one entered on 12/6. i emailed last week regarding this and got a reply today to call. i called today and found out that it was put on hold on 12/11.....so for over a month it sat there until i called. when they are put on hold or have a "problem", why do they not email or call to inform you? if i hadn't asked, how long would it have sat there before someone would make an effort to contact me?

    I received an email for my order before they were logged in due to a "problem" even though they said the cards arrived safely.

    They needed my permission to open the encased etopps cards I submitted.

    Took another week before my cards were logged in.

    All those pending orders must not be for 5 day "guaranteed" orders. Thats why I am always a little hesitant to submit to the super cheap, no guarantee how long it may take specials.

    My call to PSA this morning was for a 17 card $13/5 day special order. Hopefully it gets going today.

    All were 70s football or baseball Topps stars. The last sub was my Mantles, which was the only 5 day guarantee. The first was my freebie and the rest were November and December specials. I do follow the packing orders, even putting a sticker on each card saver.

    Best of luck to the rest of you. Until they catch up, they will probably not be offering the $5 special which I will be submitting under agian.

    I was proactive on my submission and CS put in contact with Nikki. She identified the issue (missing signature) and we resolved it. Who knows how long it would have sat on its own before I was contacted.

    After the issue is worked out, you go to the back of the "PSA corrected problem" line to have your order logged.
