I have been informed by HRH (Mr. David Hall) that PCGS will keep a population report for all varieties attributed. This is wonderful news !
I have just had a Large "S" 1928 S Lincoln cent attributed.Imagine that Memorial collectors can now have all 6 or 7 varieties of their 1982 cents attributed. And they can also know the pop of each variety.

Stewart, there may have been a good reason for that. Steve
My Complete PROOF Lincoln Cent with Major Varieties(1909-2015)Set Registry
this one listing makes no sense!
Which may mean that varieties can not be used for "regular" sets.
For example, a 1955 half with a BugsBunny designation will have a different coin number than a non-Bugs 1955 and thus may not work in a Franklin Registry Set?
Edited to add: Hey I just tried to do exactly that, and my FS-401 designated BB was accepted as part of the regular set. Very good V2!
and they're cold.
