As many of you are aware, I tried to buy a complete set of 1996 and 1997 Finest bronze baseball complete sets from this individual. Now, I had previously bought a 1992 Ultra master set from him and while it took quite a long time (about a month) to get there, it was a great condition product so I thought I'd buy something else from him. Well, I bought those Finest bronze sets on Nov 13, never got them (seller claimed the sets were lost in the mail and "can't help that" even though he was supposed to have insured the packages). I then had to open a Paypal dispute after this individual ignored my requests for a refund, and I was able to get my money back because (you guessed it) he never responded to the Paypal dispute in anyway. Then I left him a neg and as per his history, gave me one back (a clearly retalitory one); I knew he most likely would've retaliated, but this seller needs to be held accountable for his actions. If he's a "Power Seller", he needs to act like one and take responsiblity!

I don't get it, if you can't keep up with what your are selling, slow it down. I don't sell that much on Ebay, but when I do, quick shipment when payment is received is top on my list.

these types of clowns would have a completely different disposition face to face if confronted. Loudmouths is all they are.

I generally will never deal with anyone that would lose in a spelling bee with my 6 and 9 year old kids..........and that's a LOT of people.

This sounds exactly like a seller that gave me a neutral for me telling him he shouldnt have shipped three cards in one penny sleeve. Thanks for that superstars1 in your reading this.

It is a good idea to have a buying-ID that is used
ONLY for buying items on EBAY. This keeps the NEGs
from bad sellers off of your selling accounts.

Retal FB is a fact of life on EBAY. Leaving NEGs for
sellers/buyers is a near guarantee that one will be
left in return.

He is a complete jagbag. The same thing happened to me. He totally raped me on shipping (took a month to ship via pack mule) and I neg'd him for charging me $16 to ship something that cost $3 and then took a month to ship it (he sent parcel post instead of priority mail - which he said he was going to do).

I was looking to bid on something about 3 weeks ago from them. I sent them a question about shipping time and cost . I must have hit a nerve as their response was chilling. I removed their item from my watch list , even though it was something I really wanted. I sure they have their loyal buyers base, I'm not on it.

Under the "new dynamics" that have developed
between buyers/sellers on EBAY, a neutral left
for a seller, will likely generate a NEG for the
buyer.

EBAY has been around for a very long time now.
People who do not know who the safe sellers
are, should talk to their friends b4 they experiment.

Drama and losses can be avoided, but they are
both bound to come when buyers deal with sellers
who have not first been cleared by friends of the buyers.

POS FB does NOT mean jack anymore on EBAY.

Another thing I noticed about the complained of
seller is that he thinks he is not responsible for
the package after he has mailed it to the buyer.
When you see that kind of nonsense in ANY EBAY
listing that accepts PayPal, it is smart to move away
quickly; it either means the seller is not bright, or is evil.

I think it's absurd that Ebay would allow a losing defendant of a Paypal claim to leave any feedback at all.

When I'm feeling charitable I can handle the 'z' as a plural modifier; but using both the 's' AND the 'z' is too much to bear.

!!! He offered no proof he sent the product, and he did NOT refund my money; that was Paypal's doing.
