I just acquired a 2006 W rev proof set, just like you discribed. PR70, PR69, MS69.
I would like to know if and how the set can be registered as a set?
The original owner said it had been opened so PCGS would not register it as an anniversay set. Can it still be registered as just a set, or is this a dumb question?
Where do I learn the rules for all this?
