I thought Ikes saw little circulation. Now how do you suppose this coin achieved this degree of wear? Could it have been meticulously milled and then for final finishing used as a pocket piece? It just doesn't make any sense - I don't see highly utilized quarters from the mid 60s worn to this degree?
