This is why Tom Brady is so great....

....judging by the first Patriots possession, he has a way of making defenders drop passes that are going right into their arms. A lesser quarterback would have allowed the defender to make the catch. But Brady is so great that he makes the defense drop his passes.

Maybe he is trying to act like Ladanian after the game...
And since I'm single and have no one here to yell at, I'm taking it out on the people here

Yeah, I can see that. Losing sucks. The only thing that sucks more than losing is losing a game that you really had no business NOT winning, and perhaps even winning handily.
The Patriots are like a champion boxer. When you get them on the ropes, you need to deliver the knockout punch. If you can't deliver the knockout, they will endure and ultimately beat you in a 15-round decision.
The Chargers, quite obviously, had several chances to deliver the KO but failed to do so.

Yeah, what was up with that? Talk about a little leauge act.
Maybe he should have spit in his hands and then shook hands with the Pats players. That would have showed them!

Now you almost know what it was like to be an Oiler fan

Please. You forget. Pats fans are also Red Sox fans (for the most part anyway). You want to talk about pain? wooooooo. Thank the baseball gods for 2004.
<< <i>Jabar Gaffney????? Ok who is going to be the next Patriot to standout and be the stud next week? Thats the thing with Brady and the Pats, there is always a different go-to guy stepping up and being the playmaker for them. I admit I have moaned and groaned about them passing up on big name players and again Im proven its not neccessary. Brady just excels with what he is given to work with. Just amazing >>
Thank Andy Reid for Gaffney. Cut him before the season.
Hell his bio on NFL.com even has him wearing green. He may have been injured. Can't remember.
Of course, he gets to NE and shines
<< <i>Gaffney did absolute squat for 4 years with the Texans. "He shows so much potential during practice" they said...

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the variation between David Carr & Tom Brady throwing to him.

Are you talking about that stud that you picked over Reggie Bush?

I don't do this often but I have to agree with what Joe Theisman said about the incident. He had no problem with LT defending his home turf and neither do I. He said it's a game of emotion and players have been doing that kind of thing for years and will continue to do it. He also said the only way to really stop that from happening is to win the game. I guarantee it's going to make for a great game when they get together next year!!
