NGC star designation

I know this is not the best place to ask this but I'll ask anyway...

Does NGC give a star designation with respect to World Coins?

Something tells me they don't...

The 70 point scale isn't enough anymore. If they want to make more money off of you, they (NGC) will put a star after the grade, so you will be tempted to crack out and resubmit.
