Ponterio Sale: 1948 GB Proof Set Price

Does anybody know what lot 827, the 1948 Great Britain proof set went for in the Ponterio sale last night? These seem to go for mixed prices, that is late British non-standard year proofs.

Still no hammer prices from the auction on the 12th and 13th? I assume that I did not win due to the lack of notification, but I am curious to see the hammer price.

Man.... I still can't believe Ponterio has not posted "prices realized".
One would think in this world of computers it wouldn't take 10+ days ...... go figure

The 1948 set went for 7500 plus commission! That would be low by Australian standards, pretty high for UK.

7500 to the book, with a very disappointed furry white puppy as the underbidder. This was a huge price. Keep in mind that puppies have little respect for money.

I was thinking of the Aussie 1937 model florin that went for 48,000 POUNDS!!!! Modern crap is on the rise.

Hey, I was thinking, maybe something like with cars is happening:

out with the old and in with the new!
