Cert Number problems

I just tried to add some cert numbers to one of my sets. I get a message "Unknown Cert Number." I then went to check the cert numbers and I get a message "That Cert is not valid for display."
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Check out this Cert Number. The coin I have with this number on it is a 1940-D MS64 FB Mercury in a rattler slab.

<< <i>I've run into this problem 3 times (email sent to the set keepers) and twice it's been taken care of without any further action on my part. I still need to send scans for the latest problem though.

I had a similar one. I had to send it in, so they could give it a new cert number. That one is a mechanical error (as they call it).
My coins have been fixed. Like everyone said -- email set registry -- I did -- they fixed it today --

The only problem with this one is I don't want it reholdered. It's in a rattler slab and I want it left that way so I'm hoping that whoever has the same cert number will turn theirs in and free mine up.

Good luck with that, but I wouldn't hold my breath!
