2006 W Anniversary Eagles-- will they be in the reg sets?

I have already tracked down the Gold Eagles in MS70 condition and was wondering two things:
Will they be included as a separate coin to add, or be input as the entry for the year 2006? I am pulling for a separate spot for the 2006, and 2006W Anniv.
Second, when will the 2006 be officially figured in to the set rating?
