Hey PSA. What's going on?
For months now PSA has graded cards under the new labeling format (adding back designations) for T-206 cards. Just where is the data for all these cards? It's not (temporarily) mixed in with the rest of the POP as promised a few months back and there is no sign at all of a separate data base for it either. Empty promise.
When you call PSA (assorted different customer service reps) they have no clue. "They're working on it" or "It will be up soon "or Let me check on that" all yielding no answers, no direction and no customer satisfaction.
New labels are a great new feature for T206. Long overdue. But why roll that feature out if you are not ready to support it or at least give clear answers or dates.
I'm still waiting.
Maybe the right person in the know (if such a person exists) will read this and post here.
