Agreed...I still cant figure out how the hell to add mine. What happened to the start a set you want. Now that damn computer tells me what I can and cant start?

    Glad it worked out Walt!

Hi Zack. We had to delete the coins and re-enter them, starting with one coin first. Take your first 2006 coin and add it to your inventory, then look at the details of that coin. Scroll to the bottom where it shows which sets it can be added to. Select to start the 2006 Mint Set. Once started, add all your 2006 coins in and check the box to add to all sets you have open. Hope this helps! image

    Fun Set!

** Edited to add: The new set for some reason isn't as simple to start as it should. (Add a Set) The programmers apparently haven't made it seamless yet.

Brian maybe you me and Paul are the only collectors of TRUE business strike coins left. And as such, we don't count for much in the registry sets. image

I stand corrected>>> It's Brian, halfnut, Paul and me that remains as circulation strike collectors..
I know there are a few others, but some are now using the SF coins. Which is ok, "if" only to fill a hole until a REAL coin comes along. image

  • Thanks Dan I feel like I'm part of a dying breed, but I just don't get a rise from a cheap coin that can be had in 68 or 69 for little or nouthing.

  • I was all pumped to see some top pop BUSINESS STRIKE coins and they are all SATIN FINISH. Man, that's no fun! image

And to hear that they won't take Clackamas's business strike cert #'s....that is absolutely CRAZY.

  • Maybe the Presidential Dollars will help out with Business Strikes for the Registry? It's a new set and it will require some thought before creating the new Registry Sets.

    Just A Thought.

Actually I collect both sets now. I dont have a satin finish set for 2006 yet as I havent sent any in grading in yet. I have almost a full BS set and would like to register them but I will have to try what seth said. My BS isn't anything great but mostly 66 or better.

Maybe they know Business strike coins are not in Mint sets. Maybe a light will go on down in Calif. and somebody will realize that there is a difference in Business stike coins and Mint set coins. Only been two years now!!!!

And I am still trying to find some of the different ones.

See thats the thing. They know business strike coins didn't come in mint sets. But they should also know that SF coins don't belong in circulation strike sets. Double standard? I think so.

All my coins (top pop) were added yesterday and was listed as 2nd #1 set...today I'm at #7 with 0 GPA.......Nice system they have upgraded to.

Editted: Looks like they have been working on solving the problem...I now have a GPA again. Thanks PCGS
  • Circ Strikes work now. Check out my #6 set - All circ strikes. All Circulation strike - Real Circ Strikes
  • O-kay so BS coins can be put in the 2006 Mint set ------- I sure wish someone would get this figured out, last time I checked only SF coins were in the Mint sets. Hummmmmm. If both are allowed should it not be called a year set image

I wish we had two sets, business strike and Mint sets. The BS coins are a full order of magnitude difficult to assemble and don't get the recognition. I can't get into the SF coins, I just can't, they mean about as much as proofs to me.
