PSA loggin in procedures are as strange as their grading progress

I cant figure this one out. I sent in two Subs at the end of Dec in the same package. Both happened to be for the same special but one group was PSA/DNA cert. but not graded (and I want the cards graded) the other were raw cards. So yesterday I got an email. However only the PSA/DNA group was logged in (24 cards). The raw cards (100) still havent been logged in. Why wouldnt both have been logged in together or at least a day apart? I can see that it might take longer for the 100 card to be logged in, but there wont be any problems with the order as they are all normal cards. Anyone else have the same experience??

My were recieved Dec 11. Still not logged in.

i sent in 2, same box. one has popped, the other has not. they were consecutive submission numbers yet they were entered about a week apart. i've sent in another since and it has popped and returned. as of right now, i have one there from 12/6 and one from 12/27. i still check x times a day just to see if they've popped.
